Scarlet Pleasure is a Danish band that formed in New York in 2013. Since then they have released 1 album and 3 EPs. The band cleaned up last year at the 2017 Danish Music Awards(DMA) , winning the awards ‘Danish Band of the Year,’ ‘Danish Album of the Year' with Limbo and ‘Danish Hit of the Year' called Deja Vu in which they performed.

Scarlet Pleasure’s music can be summed up as a mixture of 80’s pop tunes, late nineties to thousands boyband hooks, groovy baselines, slow R&B tunes and smooth vocals .Scarlet Pleasure’s albums 'Mirage' and 'YOUTH is wasted on the young' are best listened to beginning to end. This is my favourite band at the moment and I believe that there is such talent around the world that we may be "sleeping on" due to the fact that they aren't from countries that are widely known for their music (e.g. U.S.A or England.)

Scarlet Pleasure's catchy tunes and aesthetically pleasing music videos are definitely something to take note of and if I’m their Tamagotchi they are keeping me alive!
